Land & Ranch Division FAQ

How do I qualify as a Land & Ranch agent?

You qualify by either:

  • Having 3 closed sides over 5 acres each within the last 24 months, OR
  • Holding one of the following credentials:
  • Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) – REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI)
  • Equestrian Property Specialist (EPS) Certification
  • eXp Land & Ranch Certification (Online or LIVE) plus two specialization modules

If you don’t yet meet the production requirement, you can qualify by completing the certification course.

How does the certification work?

The eXp Land & Ranch Certification is included with your membership. It’s self-paced, online, and must be completed within 30 days of joining. No additional fee is required.

Applications are open to all current eXp Realty agents and eXp Commercial advisors.
